Delete a BUMBLEBRUSH account

BUMBLEBRUSH by Bumble Brush LLC

BUMBLEBRUSH works without an account. If you created an optional family account, you can delete it, and everything in it, at any time.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open BUMBLEBRUSH and tap the gear at the top right.
2. Answer the grown-ups question.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm with your account password.

The account is deleted straight away.

By email (if you no longer have the app)

Email support@bumblebrush.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• The parent's email address and password.
• Every child profile on the account: usernames, chosen avatars, colour themes and friend settings.
• All brushing sessions, badges, streaks and friend connections.

Nothing is kept afterwards. Progress saved only on a phone (guest mode, no account) is removed by deleting the app.
